Project: Tattoo artist website & galleries

Custom Ink came to us requesting an update to thier website. They were very reliant on their previous website designer to update the website for them. They want to move away from this and have the freedom to be able to manage and upload their artwork themselves.

• Design ~ a grunge-effect look with tattoo fonts.
• Artist galleries ~ the ability for them to upload pictures of their work.
• Guestbook ~ a quick way for their customers to feedback to them.
• Contact form ~ a direct email system allowing customers to book appointments.

What we did

We went through several stages of design with our partners at JDJCreative to create the look and feel for the website. The end result was more creative and the guys at Custom Ink were very happy with it.

Several completely manageble tattoo galleries were build into the website allowing Custom Ink to show case their work and organise it into genres.

To allow the client to update the website a secure content management system (CMS) was included. Through the CMS our client could also moderate guestbook messages and place them live on the website.

Finally, a contact form was included to giving customers a quick and easy way to book appointments.
